If you are a customer with an active S.L.A. (Service Level Agreement) you can ask for support through the following channels:

If you are a registered customer and your web application is within the one year complimentary support period, you can ask for support through the following channels:

One year complimentary support is calculated from the go-live date as written in the contract.
